LAWFULLY PERMITTED. IF ANY TERM OF THIS LIMITED

WARRANTY IS INCONSISTENT WITH OR INVALID AS

A RESULT OF ANY MANDATORY APPLICABLE LOCAL

LAW, THAT TERM WILL BE DEEMED TO BE MODIFIED
