Incorrect use may cause burns or fire! To
avoid this keep the following tips:
The device can only use a grounded plug and
socket!:
Do not touch the soldering iron's tip!
Do not use the device close to flammable
materials!
Warn the employees around yourself, because
the device reaches high temperature when used.
If you take a break or out of work, turn off the
device.
Before you replace any parts in the soldering iron
(such as tip), switch off and let it cool down to
room temperature.
Protect the soldering station from mechanical
damage.
Do not use the product for else than soldering!
Do not hit the soldering iron to the workbench
for shake the remaining soldering material!
Do not modify the product!
Do not use the device in a wet environment!
The soldering process involves smoke, so make
sure that the work place has proper ventilation!

nstallation
STAND
Before starting to use the device you have to
wet the sponge and twist it, and place it in to
the sponge holder. If you are using a dry sponge
you can cause damage the soldering tip and the
sponge too.
CONNECTION
Be sure that the device is switched off.
Insert the soldering iron into the stand
Make sure the power socket is grounded.
Connect the power cable to the grounded
socket.
TEMPERATURE SETTING
Set the temperature knob to the required
temperature, and within a short time the device
will reach that.

MAINTANING AND USEING THE SOLDERING
TIP
The high temperatures are damaging the
soldering tips. Use always with the lowest
available temperature that provides quality
results. Better quality soldering materials provide
better quality results even at lower temperatures
This protects the soldered materials from high
temperature damage as well.
ADVICE: use quality KENT CROWN soldering
materials!
Control and cleaning of the soldering tip
Adjust the temperature to the minimum level.
When the temperature stabilized, clean the tip
with wet sponge and check the condition to.
If it deformed or heavily corroded, replace it to
genuine FAHRENHEIT tip. Never rub the oxides
off the tip with abrasives.

a conductive material. This helps to prevent the
oxidation.
