Check "DCD Line"
* 1 : France model : "AT + MS = 3.0 is sent to external modem.
Except France : "AT + MS = 2,0,2400,2400" is sent to external modem.
* 2 : Computer continues sending "RX?" to IRD for 10 seconds until result code come back to computer.
result code : This is the code that return from IRD's modem.
Ex) "NO DIALTONE", "CONNECT 75TX/1200RX", "NO CARRIER", etc.
