To reinstall Windows on the Prentke Romich Company Accent 1000:

1. If you repeatedly see the “Advanced Boot Options” screen or cannot use the device normally, a Restore of the Windows operating system is required.
2. The Restore process will erase everything on the device, including internet access, programs, and drivers.
3. Before starting, contact the PRC Service Department or your distributor if outside the U.S.
4. Make sure you have a USB mouse and USB keyboard. If not, you must send the device to PRC.
5. Plug in the battery charger.
6. Follow the Restore instructions provided by the PRC Service Department.

The Restore process may take 20 minutes to an hour. Be available before it starts and when it finishes.
