- Page 3 This AIMS Power inverter transforms DC (direct current) electricity in AC (alternating current) power that can be used for running a wide variety of tools and appliances. This inverter is perfect for providing mobile power in cars, boats and work trucks, but can also be used as a backup source of electricity in the event of an electrical failure or for several off-grid applications such as camping.
