        Introduction   ThisUPSprotectsyoursensitiveelectronicequipmentfrommostcommonpowerproblems,including powerfailures,powersags,powersurges,brownouts,linenoise,highvoltagespikes,frequency variations,switchingtransients,andharmonicdistortion.  Poweroutagesmightoccurunexpectedlyandpowerqualitycanbeerratic.Thesepowerproblems havepotentialtocorruptcriticaldata,destroyunsavedworksessions,anddamagehardware   — causinghoursoflostproductivityandexpensiverepairs.
