This will clear the previously programmed data and reset the Repeater, returning it
to the Factory Default settings.

Under Normal Mode, switch DIP Switch 3, the Repeater will emit 1 long beep
and the yellow LED will light up.

Press and hold the Test Button for 5 seconds. The Repeater will emit 1 long
beep to indicate it has been formatted.

To exit Clear Mode, switch DIP Switch 3 to the ON position. The Repeater will
emit 1 long beep and the yellow LED will fade out.

After installation, the Repeater will automatically transmit Supervision signals to the
Active SmartHome Gateway at random within a range of 30 to 50 minutes.
Should the Gateway receive no signal from the Repeater for during the Supervision
time period, it will consider that the sensor is out of order, unless and until any
activity "wakes up" the sensor, and so restores it to the previous connection session.
The platform will report this event each time it occurs.
