Tips for Use Tips for Use It is strongly recommended that a distance between each Repeater and/or Active SmartHome Gateway is kept in order to avoid interference and static. If a particular device is within the acceptable range for the Active SmartHome Gateway to receive a transmission signal, the module can be learned by the Active SmartHome Gateway directly by by-passing the Repeater.
(Number 07, see section 3.1). It will emit one beep. For the Active SmartHome Gateway to learn the Repeater, slide DIP Switch 4 to the ON position under Normal Mode. The Repeater will emit a long beep and the yellow LED will light up.

The tamper protection itself is concealed inside Repeater’s body in such a way that when it is affixed by wall-plugs, it is pressed. If the Repeater is lifted, the tamper protection will be activated immediately. To enable this function, switch DIP Switch 8 to ON, to disable it, switch DIP Switch 8 to OFF.
