Turn Signal/Multifunction Lever - Chevrolet T-Series Owner's Manual

To tilt the column,
hold the steering wheel
and pull the lever on
the left side of the
column to unlock the
steering column.
Move the steering
wheel to a comfortable
location, then lock
the column in place
by turning the lock
lever all the way down.
