While listening to CDs, Bluetooth suddenly stops the music and wants to connect to something. I go back to the CD player and music plays anywhere from 10 minutes to 90 minutes without this happening. New machine. What gives? Can I shut down this Bluetooth function?

1. Ensure the AC power cord is properly plugged in. 2. Check if the disc is very dirty and clean it if necessary. 3. If condensation has formed inside the unit, let it dry before use. 4. If “ER-CD21” appears on the display, the disc tray was stopped with force. Turn the unit off, then back on. 5. If the remote control does not operate, check the battery polarity, replace dead batteries, and ensure you are within the effective range.
