3.1 What is the difference between TDD-LTE and
FDD-LTE?
TDD-LTE means Time-division Long Term Evolution, and FDD-LTE means
Frequency-Division Long-Term Evolution. To be simple, TDD-LTE distributes the network
resources to different users at different times, while FDD-LTE distributes the network
resources to different users with different frequencies. TDD-LTE and FDD-LTE both belong
to LTE, which is the name given by the 3GPP for the next generation of telecommunication
standards.
Most operators in the world adopt FDD-LTE.
3.2 I can't use my 4G phone to access 4G networks?
The 4G reception in your area may be poor.
Make sure your phone supports the SIM card you are using, because different operators
support different 4G frequency bands.
Touch Settings > Mobile networks > Network Mode and check whether 3G/2G is
selected.
