Note:
Braille key 4 used in combination with a thumbkey is a "sticky key". This key will stay
pressed until the sticky key is turned off, thus enabling you to press combinations of a
thumbkey plus Braille key 4 without keeping Braille key 4 pressed. Braille key 4 plus
the thumbkey combinations are defined to work as a Braille document read. If Braille
key 4 is pressed, pressing the thumbkeys will scroll the document.
