Warranty
The Motorola FX1900xg is built to the highest standards by
CSI Wireless, LLC for Motorola Corporation. CSI Wireless
warrants the product to the original retail purchaser for one
year from the date of purchase for defects in materials or
workmanship (except as listed below) under normal use and
conditions. Such defects will be repaired or replaced at the
company's option, without charge for parts or labor directly
related to the defect(s). The following items are similarly
warranted for a period of 90 days: antenna and AC wall charger.
THE EXTENT OF THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY
UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE AND,
IN NO EVENT, SHALL THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY
EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
CSI Wireless, LLC disclaim liability for cellular coverage,
inadequate signal, communications range and operation of the
Cellular networks as a whole.
