Page 6: Step 1 Assembling The Corner Profiles
Assembling the Corner Profiles STEP 1 Place all the parts for the Floor Frame face on a level surface. Make sure the pieces are in the correct positions before assembling. Carefully follow the order of assembly to ensure an easy installation. Wear proper safety gear including work shoes, gloves and goggles. -

Assembling the Roof Profiles STEP 2 Insert connecting profile (21) Components into long roof profiles (3,4). Screw (25) x 16 Roof profile (3) Roof profile (4) Connecting profile (4) 1822mm 1822mm Fasten together using screws (25). Repeat steps 2A and 2B to make the two long roof profile sets. - Page 8 Components Insert connecting profile (21) into short roof profiles (5,6). Screw (25) x 12 Roof profile (5) Roof profile (6) Connecting profile (4) 1350mm 1350mm Fasten together using six screws (25). Repeat steps 2A and 2B to make the two short roof profile sets. ATTENTION: Insert screws exactly as shown.

Attaching Roof Profiles to Corner STEP 3 Profiles Attach long roof profile set to corner profiles as shown, making sure the side with the ridge faces toward the corner profiles. Components Screw (26) Fasten together using two screws (26) on each side. Repeat to create two sides for the gazebo. - Page 10 Components Using three people, attach the short roof profile sets to corner profiles as shown, making sure the side with the ridge faces toward the corner profiles. Attaching the Roof Connectors STEP 4 Attach roof connectors (7) to roof profiles Components (3,4,5,and 6) as shown, using two screws (25) for each connector. From inside of the gazebo frame, attach roof connectors (8) to roof profiles (3,4,5 and 6) as shown. 3 - 4 ATTENTION: Insert screws exactly as shown. In roof profiles (5,6), use empty screw holes. In roof profiles (3,4), use pre-drilled screw holes. Securing the Gazebo to the Ground STEP 5 Fasten the gazebo frame to the ground, using three spikes (23) -

Installing the Roof Gables STEP 6 Components Roof top Roof top Roof gable (11) Roof gable (12) Screw (24) Screw (25) plate (16) plate (10) 2171mm 1584mm x 20 Using at least three people, install the roof gables (11,12) in the following order: VIEW FROM TOP IMPORTANT: The roof gable profiles (11,12) have two small protrusions underneath on each end. - Page 15 Slide screws (24) into profiles (12) and connect one end to roof top plate (16) and the other end to roof connectors (8), using the bolts. The protrusions will stop the profiles from sliding too far. ILLUSTRATION Install roof gable profiles (11) in the same way. Slide screws (24) into profiles (11) and connect one end to roof top plate (16) and the other end to roof connectors (9), using the bolts.
