Ensure adequate ventilation exists and avoid sparks, smoking, etc. During battery maintenance ensure adequate clean water is available in the event of an acid spill.

Connecting to the power supply: The SIP P440 starter / charger is fitted with a standard 230v ~ 13 amp type plug, the P560 comes with no plug fitted as it needs a supply of 16 amps to work correctly (see specifications). -
