Main Software Writing Tool
Application: F-ZTAT Microcomputer On-Board Writing Program Flash-5
How to use:
1. Double-click Setup.exe to install the application.
2. Execute the application.
3. Set as follows in the application.
Select the standard mode
micro-computer Select 2633f3.inf.
input clock 12.288MHz
frequency ratio 2
bit rate 38400
time-out 5 seconds
4. Designate a file to be written in Main software.
5. Connect the RS232C terminal of the PC and the RS232C terminal of the VPL-PX11 with the cross
cable.
6. Open the lens cover of the VPL-PX11 in the stand-by state, and set S901 on the BB board to IC801
side.
7. Press the Start button on the application.
8. After finishing writing, set S901 to FB822 side.
PW Software Writing
Tool Application: FlashUpgraderForSony.exe
How to use:
1. Double-click FlashUpgraderForSony.exe to start up the application.
2. Click the next.
3. Designate an inf file of PW software to be written.
4. In the stand-by state, connect the RS232C terminal of the PC and the RS232C terminal of the VPL-
PX11 with the cross cable.
5. Click the next.
6. Set the serial port and select 115200 for Baud rate.
7. Press "NORMAL" and confirm that "PW UPDATE" appears.
8. Click the next.
9. Turn on the unit from the remote controller or the control panel. At this moment, the lamp does not
light.
10. Affter finishing writing, turn off the unit from the remote controller or the control panel.
