h) Weather forecast and weather tendency

Although, of course the weather station cannot replace the professional weather forecast on the radio, television or
Internet through highly-qualified meteorologists, it is remarkable that a precision of about 70-75% can be achieved,
only based on readings and monitoring of the barometric pressure of the past days.
The weather station calculates a forecast for the following 12-24 hours, which is represented via a graphic in the
center of the display.
Please note:
The display does not represent the current weather conditions but it is a forecast of the next 12 to 24
hours.
The calculation of the weather forecast based on the barometric pressure results only in a maximum
accuracy of about 70%-75%. This means real weather can be totally different the following day. Since
the measured barometric pressure is only valid for an area with a diameter of about 50km, the weather
can also change quickly. This is especially the case in mountainous areas and high mountain regions.
This is why you should not rely on the weather forecast of the weather station but get some information
locally, for example when you want to hike the mountains.
If "sunny" is displayed at night, this means a starlit night.
With each startup, it takes approximately 12-24 hours until the weather station gathers enough data to
compile a precise forecast.
The weather tendency display in the form of arrows (right and left next to the weather icons) indicate an increase or
a decrease in the barometric pressure, thus an expected weather change.
The corresponding arrow remains in the display until the weather station detects a change in the
barometric pressure in the opposite direction.
