  • Page 3 Assembling the Turntable 1. Open the box and take out the turntable plinth. Fill the bearing with lubrication oil (Part 2) supplied to a level of 1mm above the bottom bearing. 2. Installing the driven wheel. Pickup the driven wheel (Part4) from the package after put on the cotton gloves, hold the platter level above the bearing house, locate the bearing carefully and gently into the bearing house until it seats fully and rotate smooth.
  • Page 4 3. Take out one of the drive 'belts' and run it round the motor spindle and then round the driven wheel. 4. Install the platter and Mat. 5. From lift to right is: 33/45 speed selection switch, speed adjustment knob, power on/off switch.
  • Page 5 6. Remove the pump from the package. Follow the picture, make sure it use the air tube to connect with the water separator and tonearm. Then turn on pump. If the installation is correct, barometer will show 0.05MPa. Make sure the air bearing move is very smooth.
  • Page 6 Note2: When the LT-1s is used for a period of time, the inside of the air bearing sleeve will be dirty, which will affect the normal operation. To clean the sleeve, loosen the M6 screw and remove the guide rail. Clean the inside of the sleeve with a wet tissue.
