    Control Options Frost Control If your Perfect Climate Comfort Center™ Control System is equipped with an outdoor temperature sensor and a humidifier, you can use the frost control feature to control window conden- sation during the heating season.

    Fan Control Your fan will be on when any of these conditions are present (it can take up to 20 seconds for the fan to turn on). FAN ON: This setting means that your fan runs 100 percent of the time during this period. FAN AUTO: The AUTO setting means the fan runs only with your heating or cooling system.

    Glossary Adaptive Intelligent Recovery™ Setting The time when the PC8900 operates the heating or cooling equipment to return the house from the energy savings to the comfort temperature. The PC8900 starts the recovery period earlier than the WAKE or RETURN period so the house will be at the comfort setting by the time you’ve chosen.
