Tap
in the Security field and verify the security level is set to WPA2 PSK.

Edit the Password field and then enter a new password.
6.
Select the Broadcast network name (SSID) check box if you would like to broadcast
your SSID name to nearby devices.
7.
Tap SAVE.
8.
Tap the ON/OFF switch next to Mobile HotSpot to turn it on.
If your phone's mobile data access is not enabled, you will be prompted to turn it on.
Follow the onscreen instructions.

Confirm the HotSpot active icon
Note: The best way to keep using the phone as a hotspot is to have it connected to a power
supply.
Tip:
Once Mobile HotSpot has been turned on, your SSID and password will be displayed
under "Mobile HotSpot."
Mobile HotSpot Settings
To set the timer for turning Mobile HotSpot off:
From the Home screen, tap Apps

HotSpot > Set up Mobile HotSpot > Mobile HotSpot turn off timer.
2.
Select a timer option.
To limit maximum connections:
1.
From the Home screen, tap Apps
HotSpot > Set up Mobile HotSpot > Maximum connections.

Select the number of devices you will allow to connect.
To change the Mobile HotSpot network SSID or password:
1.
From the Home screen, tap Apps
HotSpot > Set up Mobile HotSpot > Configure Mobile HotSpot.
2.
Tap the Security field and select WPA2 PSK.
3.
With security enabled, delete the previous network SSID or password and enter a new
one into the field.
4.
Tap SAVE to store the new settings.
Web and Data
appears at the top of the screen.
