Note: If one of the parties you called hangs up during your call, you and the remaining party
stay connected. If you initiated the call and are the first to hang up, all callers are
disconnected.

Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding lets you forward all your incoming calls to another phone number – even when
your phone is turned off. You can continue to make calls from your phone when you have
activated Call Forwarding.
Note: You may be charged a higher rate for calls you have forwarded.
To activate Call forwarding:
1.
From the Home screen, tap Phone >
2.
Select an option:
Always forward to forward all calls.
When busy to forward a call when you are already on a call and ignore the call.
When unanswered to forward a call when the call is not answered.
When unreachable to forward a call when the call cannot reach the phone when the
phone is turned off, out of range, in Airplane Mode, etc.
3.
Enter the number you want to forward your calls to.
4.
Tap TURN ON.
To change your Call Forwarding number:
1.
From the Home screen, tap Phone >
2.
Select an option you want to change the number.
3.
Edit the number.
4.
Tap UPDATE.
To deactivate Call forwarding:
1.
From the Home screen, tap Phone >
2.
Select an option you want to deactivate.
3.
Tap TURN OFF.
