Alignment Process
Set 143V (PHI 82cm), 145V (VC 84cm) with R61313.
Set 12V on contact 36 of the Feature Box with R61031.
Set 5V on contact 9/10 of the Feature Box with R61041 .
Set 5V on contact 8 of the Feature Box with R61001.
Set 5V on contact 32/33 of the Feature Box with R61051.
Set 3.3V
0.1V with R32033 on the Signal Module.
Set 3.3V
0.1V with R27012 on the PIP Module.
On activation of AFC Reference a rectified IF-voltage from
the AFC output of IC32040 is measured at the multipoint
connector, contact 5, of the signal module which is used on
station search or for VCR-RF playback (station identification
"AV") as a comparative value to readjust the modulator
drift (typ. 127 10). Activate with "OK".
Set 580mVpp with R32252 (on the Signal Module).
Set 2.5V with F32043 (on the Signal Module).
Set 2.5V with R32082 (on the Signal Module).
With the
buttons set the values for VG and VB so that
the white area becomes achromatic.
Use the "?" key to call up the default values stored in
EPROM IC80060.
The setting is stored when terminating the menu.
With the
buttons select the colour decoder (VPC3210A
or VPC3211A) fitted to the TV set.
The selected type is stored when terminating the menu.
With the
buttons select the type and size of the picture
tube (e.g. "P 70 169" Philips).
The selected type is stored when terminating the menu.
With the
buttons optimize differences between Y and
chroma delay (on per-programme basis).
The setting is stored when terminating the menu.
