My fireplace flame isn’t working
The flame on the SEI FA515500 fireplace may not be working due to the following possible issues:
1. Electrical Connection – Ensure the unit is properly plugged into a 120V, 60Hz outlet and that the circuit breaker or fuse has not tripped.
2. Thermal Overload Protection – The built-in thermal overload protector may have triggered due to overheating. If so, unplug the unit, wait about 10 minutes for it to cool, then plug it back in and restart.
3. LED Lighting Issue – The flame effect is powered by LED lights. If these lights fail, the flame may not appear.
4. Control Settings – Verify that the flame effect is turned on using the control settings as described in the manual.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, further troubleshooting or professional assistance may be required.
