The CAT is pre-loaded and optimized with JRiver media centre, which is the
recommended music management system. CAD uses a type of "bolt on" along with
JRiver called JPLAY. JPLAY is responsible for all playback of music, where JRiver is
responsible for the user interface and organization of your music collection. If you

Do not ever update the Windows operating system. All facilities to do this have been
removed or disabled. The Windows Operating system on the CAT is highly modified to do

10) Importing Music
There are three methods to add music to your CAT:
1) Insert a CD into the front slot of the CAT. If the CAT is connected to the internet via an
Ethernet cable the CAT will automatically import the CD to memory and download all
metadata. This process time can vary, but generally takes about 10 minutes. Your CAT
has a 1TB SSD storage drive which will be sufficient to hold at least 1600 ripped CDs.
