Customer Satisfaction
It is very important to us at Porsche Cars North America that you
are highly satisfied with your Porsche sports car. Authorized
Porsche dealers are trained to help you get the most from your
Porsche automobile ownership experience. Sometimes, in spite of the
many safeguards to the contrary, problems occur anyway. Generally,
any problems that may arise can be solved most effectively by speak-
ing with one of the dealership's managers, such as the Service
Manager or General Manager.
In the event that the problem goes unresolved, please follow the
procedures outlined in the Owner's Warranty and Maintenance
Guide Supplement included in your Porsche automobile's glove
compartment.
Always carry your Warranty & Maintenance booklet with you
when you take your Porsche car to an authorized dealer for serv-
ice. It provides your Service Advisor with the information they need,
and enables them to record each service that is vital to proper war-
ranty decision-making.
If you sell your Porsche automobile, the Owner's Manual and this
Warranty & Maintenance booklet should be left in the vehicle to make
all operating safety and maintenance information available to the next
owner.
If you change your address, or if you bought this Porsche vehicle
used, be sure to send in a "Notice of Address Change/Notice of Used
Car Purchase" post card. This card may be found in this booklet or
obtained from your Porsche dealer.
