Audio setup

Press OPTIONS.
[ General Setup ] menu is displayed.

Press V to select
press B.

Select an option, then press OK.

CD Upsampling

options in the following pages.

Select a setting, then press OK.
To return to the previous menu, press
BACK.
To exit the menu, press
[ HDMI Audio ]
When you connect this unit and TV with
HDMI cable, select the audio output
setting for this connection.
[ On ]
– the sound is output through
both your TV and this speaker system.
If the audio format on the disc is not
supported, it will be downmixed to
two-channel sound (linear-PCM).
[
Off ] – disable audio output from
your TV. The sound is only output
through this speaker system.

OPTIONS.
[ Audio Sync ]
Set the default delay time for audio output
when you play a video disc.

To start, press
OK.
2.
Press
b B to set the delay time.
3.
OK to confi rm and exit.
Press
[ Night Mode ]
Make loud sound level softer and soft
sound level louder so that you can watch
the DVD movies at a low volume, without
disturbing others.
Note
This setting is only applicable to Dolby Digital
encoded DVD.
[
On ] – for quiet viewing at night
(DVDs only).
[
Off ] – enjoy surround sound with a
full dynamic range.
[ CD Upsampling ]
Convert the music CD to a higher
sampling rate using sophisticated digital
signal processing for better sound quality.
[
Off ] – turn off CD-upsampling.
[
On ] – convert the sampling rate of
the CDs twice as high as the original
rate.
