5. To reassemble, carefully repeat the steps for disassembly
in reverse order.

• • • • Cancel the laser short when replacing the traverse.
9.4.3. Removing the Main C.B.A.
1. Disengage the lock on the lockable connector, then remove
the flexible cable. (In 3 places.)
2. Unfasten the tabs.
3. To reassemble, carefully repeat the steps for disassembly
in reverse order.
Note:
• • • • Firmly engage the locks on the lockable connector.
9.4.4. Removing the Battery Charge
C.B.A.
1. Remove the screws from the print board.
2. Unfasten the connector.
3. Disengage the lock on the lockable connector, then remove
the flexible cable.
4. To reassemble, carefully repeat the steps for disassembly
in reverse order.
Note:
• • • • Firmly engage the locks on the lockable connector.
9.5. Disassembling and
reassembling the LCD display
(DVD-LV75 only)
Caution:
Beware of electric shock from high-voltage parts when
testing for electric flow after disassembly. Be careful to
avoid scratching the LCD display surface.
9.5.1. Removing the back panel
Proceed only with the LCD display removed.
1. Remove the screws from the LCD display attachment.
2. Remove the covers from the LCD display attachment.
3. Remove the screws from the side of the LCD display.
Note:
• • • • Be careful to avoid cutting the flexible cable
connecting the LCD display to the main unit.
