First commissioning
Check the oil level through the sight glass at the pump or the oil dipstick.
Check the water filter cartridge. It must be free of contamination.
Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the gun and the other at the outlet of the pressure
washer on.
Run the connector only when power is off (0) in the socket.
If you need an extension cord, make sure that the connection is waterproof. Insert the
connecting components not on the ground to avoid possible contact with water. Use an
extension cord with sufficient capacity / dimensions.
Connect a reinforced hose (at least 15 bar/200psi) with an inside diameter of at least 19 mm (3 / 4'') to
the water supply and the water input. (water line pressure / water pressure 2 bar + quantity)
Please note that the water pressure decreases with the length of the hose. Make sure that the amount
of water that arrives at the device, corresponds at least to the respective feed rate of your pressure
washer.
Open the water supply..
Evacuate the air in high pressure pump, high pressure hose and gun by the trigger lever pressing the
gun without the nozzle until a uniform water jet emerges. Then close the gun and replace the nozzle.
Press the black button (ON) on the switch to start the engine.
Now the machine is ready and can be used as intended.
It is important to note that the exiting water jet generated when opening the gun a recoil and a torque
occurs.
The spray gun is opened by pressing the trigger and closed by releasing.
Close the double-pipe valve. Only with completely closed double-pipe valve the maximum pressure
will be reached.
The desired working pressure can be continuously adjusted up to maximum with the hand wheel of
the double-pipe valve. The spraying volume doesn't change.
The desired working pressure can be adjusted continuously up to maximum with the hand wheel of
the circulation valve. Proportional to the regulation of the working pressure the spraying volume
changes in opposite direction.
The machine is preset to the maximum pressure.
