  • Page 2 • Do not use the CT103 in any way not detailed in this manual or the tester’s safety features may be compromised. • Never use the tester to detect the presence of voltages higher than 500V (AC or DC).
  • Page 3 DC voltages above 60VDC. Both pose a shock hazard. • Before using the tester, inspect the case. Do not use the CT103 if the case is damaged. Look for cracks or missing plastic. Pay particular attention to the insulation around the connectors.
  • Page 4 • If 110V is present, the bottom neon bulb on the tester will glow. • If 220V is present, the bottom two bulbs will glow. • If 277V is present, the bottom three bulbs will glow. • If 460V is present, all four bulbs will glow.
