Installation
Note: The magnetic switch is primarily intended for controlling
lights but can also be used for other purposes. This instruction
manual describes the use of the magnetic switch when
connected in a light circuit.
1.
Activate the battery by

Set the activation time of the paired receiver by turning
the setting knob on the back of the magnetic switch.

0: If, for example a door is opened, the connected
light is switched on immediately. When the door
is closed, the connected light is switched off
immediately. No delay.

2 m: If, for example a door is opened, the light is
switched on and stays on for 2 minutes regardless of
whether the door remains open or is closed again.

4 m: If, for example a door is opened, the light is
switched on and stays on for 4 minutes regardless of
whether the door remains open or is closed again.

Attach the magnetic
switch to the frame
of the door or
window in question.
Use an appropriate
fastening method for
the surface in question.
10. Attach the magnet
to the door leaf
or the window sash no further than 10 mm from
the magnetic switch. Note: The magnetic switch and
the magnet must be in line with each other. Use the line
and the arrows on the units as a guide.
Unpairing the magnetic switch from the receiver
1.
Set your receiver to learning mode (refer to
the instruction manual of your receiver).
2.
Hold in the button on the magnetic
switch until the LED indicator on the front
of the magnetic switch goes out.
The magnetic switch is now no longer
paired with the receiver.
Changing the battery
Pull the battery holder straight down out of
the magnetic switch. Observe the markings on
the battery holder to ensure the correct polarity.
The positive terminal of the battery (+) should
be upwards, facing you.
Troubleshooting guide
The wireless

Is the magnetic switch paired with

is not working.
Try pairing them again.

Check the battery in the magnetic
switch.
•
Is the magnetic switch too far away
from the receiver (25 m)?
•
Check that the light is properly
connected to the receiver and that
it is switched on and not faulty.
•
Try plugging the light into another
electrical outlet to make sure that
it works.
Responsible disposal
