Bedienungsanleitung • Lötarbeiten dürfen nur an strom- und spannungslosen Teilen durchgeführt werden. • Für den Einsatz in Industriebetrieben sind die entsprechenden gesetzlichen Bestim- mungen zur Unfallverhütung einzuhalten. • Der Lötkolben erreicht Temperaturen von über 160°C. Eine Berührung der erhitzten metallischen Teile kann bei Mensch und Tier schwere Brandverletzungen hervorrufen. • Schalten Sie die Lötstation bei längeren Arbeitspausen ab. • Tauchen Sie weder Lötkolben noch die Lötstation zum Abkühlen in Wasser! • Setzen Sie Lötstation und Lötkolben keinen hohen mechanischen Belastungen aus. • Die Lötstation kann sich während des Betriebs stark erwärmen und darf deshalb nur auf einer stabilen, festen und nichtbrennbaren Unterlage abgestellt werden. • Modifizieren und ändern Sie den Artikel und dessen Zubehörteile nicht! Lötdraht mit Kolophonium-Flussmittelseele. Auf keinen Fall sollten halogenhaltige Flussmit- tel eingesetzt werden. Das Flussmittel im Inneren des Lötdrahts befreit die Lötstelle von löthemmenden Verunreinigungen und Oxiden und verhindert die Bildung von neuem Oxid während der Lötung. auf der Lötspitze zerfließen. Entscheidend für die Lötstellenqualität ist die richtige Löttemperatur. Im Elektronikbereich liegt die übliche Löttemperatur bei 300 - 380°C. Zu niedrige Löttemperaturen führen zu „kalten“ Lötstellen. Bei zu hohen Löttemperaturen verbrennt das Flussmittel, so dass der Lötfluss unterbrochen wird. Ferner besteht bei zu hohen Löttemperaturen die Gefahr die Platine (Leiterbahnen) und Bauteile zu beschädigen. Wischen Sie die Lötspitze unmittelbar vor der Lötung an dem feuchten Reinigungsschwamm ab. Rückstände aus unvollständig verdampftem Flussmittel, Oxiden und anderen Verunreinigungen werden somit entfernt und können nicht mehr an die Lötstelle gelangen. -

Bedienungsanleitung Reinigungsmittel und lassen Sie keine Feuchtigkeit ins Geräteinnere kommen. Achten Sie hierbei unbedingt auf die stromführenden Leitungen Ihres Gerätes! • Gewährleisten Sie ausreichend Belüftung auch während der Arbeitspause und während des Abkühlens. • Vermeiden Sie Stellen mit hohen Temperaturen, Feuchtigkeit, bzw. Stellen, die nass werden können, auch bei Pflege, Wartung, Lagerung und Transport. • Beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise bzgl. Pflege, Wartung, Lagerung und Transport. • Das Produkt muss außerhalb des Einflussbereiches von Kindern aufbewahrt werden. • Heben Sie die Originalverpackung als Staub- und Feuchtigkeitsschutz und für den Transport auf. Achten Sie auf die Sicherheitszeichen auf der Verpackung. • Beim Transport z.B. von einem kalten in einen warmen Raum kann es zur Kondenswas- serbildung kommen, was zur Beeinträchtigung oder Beschädigung der Elektronik führen kann. -

6 operating: 6.1 Preparing: 1. Insert the spiral-shaped metal holder into the corresponding opening of the soldering iron stand and fix it with the holder screws. 2. Soak the viscose cleaning sponge with clean water and drain it well before replacing it in the sponge tray. 3. The soldering tip is mounted to a ceramic heating element and fixed by a safety socket to the soldering iron. Change the soldering tip only at the cooled down soldering iron. In order to do so, unscrew the union nut at the soldering iron and push off the safety socket. -

Pertanto posizio narla su una base solida, fissa e ignifuga. • Non modificare o cambiare il prodotto o i suoi accessori! Inoltre tenere sempre presente il capitolo “Garanzia e responsabilità“. • Non usare componenti danneggiati. • La stazione di saldatura può essere installata e usata solo in ambienti asciutti. • Non perdere di vista la stazione di saldatura. • Non inserire parti in metallo o cavi non adatti nelle aperture o porte di ventilazione. In nessun caso i nuclei in lega devono contenere alogeni. Il nucleo in lega all’interno del filo in lega libera il punto di saldatura dalle contaminazioni che inibiscono la lega e dagli ossidi e previene la produzione di nuovi ossidi durante la saldatura. La lega elettronica applicata come maggiore frequenza è il filo in lega privo di piombo Fixpoint® del filo in lega Fixpoint® L-SN 60 Cu 2 (DIN EN ISO 12224-1) con il 60% di stagno (lega 60/40). Questa lega è disponibile in fili di diverso diametro (0,56 – 1,5 mm). Si consiglia di usare un filo in lega del diametro di 1 mm per circuiti elettronici. Prima di utilizzare la stazione di saldatura per la prima volta, stagnare la punta del NOTA: saldatore. -

La durata della saldatura per i circuiti elettrici non supera i 2 secondi. Un buon punto di saldatura quando raffreddato ha un aspetto uniforme e lucido dopo la rimozione del saldatore. Punti di saldatura scarsi e difettosi hanno un aspetto spento, non omogeneo e fragile dopo il raffreddamento. -
