Safety
• Read all the instructions carefully before using the appliance. Failure to adhere
to these safety instructions may lead to fire, short circuiting, or a life-threatening
situation. Save the instruction manual for future reference.
• Check that all parts are present and undamaged when unpacking the appliance.
• Never use the appliance if the cable, plug or any other part is damaged or is
not working properly. Never try to repair or modify the appliance on your own.
Contact a qualified or approved repairman.
• This fan is intended for private use only and should not be used for industrial
purposes. Do not operate the fan on window sills.
• This fan is only to be used indoors, in dry and clean environments. Never place
the fan close to baths, swimming pools, or containers full of liquid into which it
might fall.
• Always unplug the fan when it is not in use.
• Never leave unsupervised children together with the fan.
• Never immerse the fan in water or other liquid.
• Do not turn on the power before the fan is completely assembled. The fan must
stand upright and must not be used when it is lying flat.
• Make sure that foreign objects do not enter the fan since this can cause short
circuiting, electric shock, or fire hazard.
• Never turn the fan off by pulling out the plug. Make sure that the on/off switch is
set to off before unplugging the fan.
• The fan must be completely assembled before use.
• Never use the appliance in places where explosive gases or liquids are stored.
• The appliance contains no replaceable parts. Never dismantle the appliance.
• This appliance must not be used by anyone (including children) suffering from
physical or mental impairment. This appliance should not be used by anyone who
does not have the proper experience or knowledge of the appliance unless they
have been instructed in its use by someone who takes responsibility for their safety.
