16. Attach the Gravity Locks (#13) to the Caster Frames (#4) using one Bolt (#A7), two Washers (#A4), one "T" Washer
(#12) and one Nut (#A3) per Gravity Lock. See FIG. 5B.
Note: Please make sure the casters are locked.
