PICK (Call Pickup - Group)
This feature enables a station user to answer any call
directed to another station, to a station within their own
Call Pickup Group, or to a station within a different Call
Pickup Group.
VOICE (Voice Call)
Enables the user to make a call to the called party's
built-in speaker. If the called party's MIC is on, the
called party can converse hands-free.
CNF (Conference – Three/Four Party)
This feature provides a station user the ability to add
on another party (trunk or station) to a call already in
progress.
SYS (Dial By Name – System Speed Dial)
This feature allows a Multiline Terminal user to search
for a desired number by name. The number and name
are registered in the system and they are shown on
Multiline Terminal LCD
STA (Dial By Name – Station Speed Dial)
This feature allows a Multiline Terminal user to search
for a desired number by name. The number and name
are registered in the station and they are shown on
Multiline Terminal LCD
VMTRF (Transfer to Voice Mail)
When the called party is busy allows a station to
transfer the call to the Voice Mail System.
DND (Do Not Disturb)
This feature restricts incoming calls to a station and
can be set by an individual station or from the
Attendant Console.
MIC (Microphone On/Off)
Allows the user to turn the microphone on and off
for use with the speakerphone.
OG-Q (Trunk Queuing - Outgoing)
This allows a station user, upon encountering a busy
signal on a trunk, to enter a first-in, first-out queue. As
soon as an outgoing trunk becomes available, stations
in the queue will be called back on a first-in, first-out
basis.
R-TONE (Ring Tone Changing)
The ring frequency of a Multiline Terminal can be
controlled. Eight ring frequencies are available.
