SOLUTION
Additional water and cooking time will soften the rice. Add ½ to 1 cup of water
(depending on how dry it is) and stir through. Close the lid and press the COOK
switch. When the rice cooker switches to warming mode, check the consistency
and repeat as necessary.
Too much water was added. Stir the rice to redistribute the bottom part of the
rice, as well as release excess moisture. Close the lid and allow the rice cooker to
remain on warming mode for 10-30 minutes as needed, stirring occasionally.
