1. Question: why can I not play screen
Answer:
• If Laptop native resolution over 1920x1080, please select "Enable Auto Scale
down" on software setting of Menu.
2. Question: when I install ViewStick 2 software, I meet the problem which
show .Net Framework not ready
Answer: please follow the below process to enable it.
3. Question: when I play screen to ViewStick 2, I meet resoltion is
incorrection.
Answer: Please disable Auto Adjust resolution on setting of AutoProject
software menu.
4. Question: When I play screen to ViewStick 2, Screen is black
Answer: some of Notebook cannot support hardware encode, please disable
powerpoint presentation mode on setting of AutoProject software menu.
