Installation notes are based on a new installation in conjunction with the Haltech Plug and Play WBC1 Kit ( HT-010730) - Page 6 STEP 2: Engine Control Relay (ECR) Latching Remove the ECU splash cover on the PWC to reveal the OEM ECU. Disconnect and remove the OEM ECU from the PWC The ECU requires the engine control relay (ECR) to activate after the user has pressed the start button and to de-activate five seconds after the motor has stopped running.
