Getting started
Connecting the charger improperly may cause serious damage to the Samsung
Charm. Any damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty.
• C hargers are sold separately.
• W hile charging, the Samsung Charm may heat up. This is normal and should not
affect the Samsung Charm's lifespan or performance. If the battery gets hotter than
usual, the charger may stop charging.
• T he Samsung Charm cannot connect to a mobile device while it is charging. When
the Samsung Charm is fully charged, disconnect it from the charging dock and
then try to connect it to a mobile device.
• I f the Samsung Charm's battery life is just one or two days after it is fully charged,
its battery has expired.
• I f the Samsung Charm is not charging properly, take the Samsung Charm and the
charger to a Samsung Service Center.

After fully charging, first unplug the charger from the charging dock, and then unplug it
from the electric socket.
To save energy, unplug the charger when not in use. The charger does not have a
power switch, so you must unplug the charger from the electric socket when not in
use to avoid wasting power. The charger should remain close to the electric socket
and easily accessible while charging.

The indicator light informs you of your Samsung Charm's status.
