My heating and AC unit has stopped working. I checked the lights and there are two fast blinking lights: filter and operation. I removed the filter and cleaned it and put it back. I tried to reset and nothing happened. The unit still is not working.

If the Carrier RAS-09LKV-UL Series unit shows two fast blinking lights for the FILTER and OPERATION indicators, it likely signals that the air filter needs cleaning.

Fix:
1. Turn off the circuit breaker.
2. Clean the air filter.
3. After cleaning, press the RESET button on the indoor unit or the FILTER button on the remote control to turn off the filter lamp.

Do not use benzine, thinner, or chemically treated cloths for cleaning. Use only a wet cloth.
