    NTRODUCTION Welcome to the ECHO family. This ECHO product was designed and manufactured to provide long life and on-the- SAFETY messages. WARNING DANGER Read rules for safe operation and instructions carefully. ECHO provides this Operator's Manual which must be read and understood for proper and safe operation.

    Breathing Protection Wear a face mask to protect against dust. Hearing Protection ECHO recommends wearing hearing protection whenever unit is used. Proper Clothing loose or hanging items that could become entangled in moving parts or surrounding growth.

Schedule heavy work for early morning or late afternoon hours when temperatures are cooler. SAFE OPERATION DANGER Do not operate this product indoors or in inadequately ventilated areas.

    Avoid Hot Surfaces too hot to touch. Avoid contact during and immediately after operation. EXTENDED OPERATION EXTREME CONDITIONS Vibration and Cold -- exposure to vibration and cold. Exposure to vibration and cold may cause tingling and burning sensations followed by loss of color and ommended because the minimum exposure which might trigger the ailment is unknown.

    Do not use fuel containing methyl alcohol or more than 10 % of ethyl alcohol. Two stroke, air cooled engine oil. ISO-L-EGD Standard (ISO/CD 13738), JASO FC/FD grade and ECHO Premium 50 : 1 oil. Ratio 50 : 1 (2 %)
