- Page 3 To pick the call back up off of Park dial: *11 to *19. This is useful if you are using the Yealink W52P since they don’t use BLF buttons. For Example: I place a call on park 1 by transferring the call to *01 and pick up the call by dialing *11.

When you press this button it puts the active call on to hold, allowing you to type the extension number, external phone number or to push the extension button on your phone.
