(2) For performing the diagnosis shown below, the following jigs for service is required.
• 15P FFC extension jig cable (GGD1680)
• 4P PH Housing ASSY extension jig cable (GGD1809)
• 16P FFC extension jig cable (GGD1854)
• 27P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1799)
• 23P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1805)
• 23P + 13P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1807)
• 29P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1856)
(3) Before starting the diagnosis, wait for three minutes until the electricity of the unit is discharged.

Disassembly
[1] Front Section
Remove the Bonnet /71 by removing the 16
screws.
Note on assembling as to the Bonnet /71
Tighten screw from the location ∗1 on the
picture.

[1-1] Front Section
(1) Release the cables from the four PCB binders.
(2) Disconnect the connector.
(3) Remove the four screws. (BBZ30P080FCC)
(4) Release the 15P FFC (ADD7785) from the
two PCB binders.
(5) Remove the 15P FFC (ADD7785) from the
MIC HP GUARD ASSY.
Note: 15P FFC (ADD7785) is affixed with the
Double Side Tape (10 x 110mm).

Notes on assembling
∗1: Pull the cables to the direction of the blue arrow.
Doesn't touch the cables to the Heat Sink and
the Fuse.
∗2: Pull down the cables to the direction of the blue
arrow, so that it doesn't touch to the Bonnet /71.
∗3: How to bend the 15P FFC. (ADD7785)

(6) Cut the two Binders.
Notes on assembling
∗4: Pull the 7P cable (ADX7776) to the direction
of the blue arrow and then fix the binder.
∗5: Bend the 39P FFC. (ADD7796)
∗6: Doesn't touch the cables to a top of screws.
