Operation Cooking Temperture Settings
Cooking Temperature Settings
1) The cooking temperature should be set according to local ATM press and alkali
content in noodle. Low water temperature cannot cook noodle well and high water
temperature will effect stirring result. Neither for cooking nor energy-saving. Tem-
perature setting on thermal controller should be prevail to measured temperature on
thermal controller when water just be boiled.
2) Cooking temperature setting method (see Fig below)
Step 1#: Hit , (the last digit flashes on setting temperature display)h
Step 2#: Adjust the value to desired temperature by hit
Step 3#: Hit
to confirm. Adjustment completed.
(Note: The digit can only be adjustable when digit flashes.)
WARNING: ENSURE Float is flexible and moves up and down freely.
CAUTION: Allow water and machine to cool before cleaning
WARNING: Use soap and water to clean lifters.
