Installation Installation of Sphere Boiler 1) Open the box, checking items according to the packing list. After removing all packing items in the machines, place the machine at installation location in the kitchen. 2) Unscrew the screws located in the rear left and right side of the machine for future maintenance.

Installation d) Cut the cable as needed (recommended to remain a certain margin), strip the cable thread, clamping terminals and wire to ceramic terminal block. Debugging 1) Open inlet valve. Ensure water in the inlet pipe and check if the pipe is leakage or clogged. 2) Switch on electric leakage breaker in electric block to serve the machine. To ensure the line voltage of phase AB = 210~240VAC and grounded reliable. 3) Place spout case and protectective cover in position, insert overflow pipe, put the cover on.

Operation Cooking Temperture Settings Cooking Temperature Settings 1) The cooking temperature should be set according to local ATM press and alkali content in noodle. Low water temperature cannot cook noodle well and high water temperature will effect stirring result. Neither for cooking nor energy-saving. Routine Maintenance 8) Clean cooling fan net (with clean water) Purpose: decrease ambient temperature to protect heating element not to be defected due to too high temperature. Method: after machine is in use, Remove front panel and clean the block on cool- ing fan net.
