Your machine can be operated with or
without a i lter cartridgeέ Simply remove
the i lter holder and i lter cartridge from the
water tank if you don't want to use itέ
When using a new i lter cartridge in the
machine, please observe the following
procedureμ
Preparing!and!inserting!ψRITχ!εaxtra!
i !lter!cartridge!
Remove the i lter cartridge from the

protective wrapέ
Immerse the i lter cartridge in cold tap
►
water and move it gently back and forth
to eliminate air bubbles (approxέ η secέ)έ
Remove the i lter holder in the water
►
tank and insert the i lter cartridge in the
appropriate chamber of the i lter holder,
until it makes an audible clicking soundέ
