ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS with the two ratcheting Tie-Down Straps (see Fig. 4, 4A) Secure one strap hook end to the Handle (A). Arrange strap over vehicle (see Fig. 4A). Secure other strap hook end to Front Wheel Axle of Jack. With the Handle (A) in the closed position, take long strap end and slip it through the insertion slot in spindle. -
