Camera is stuck on the VISTA screen

1 comments:
Mr. Anderson
March 17, 2025

The Watchguard camera may be stuck on the VISTA screen due to an issue where VISTA no longer detects that it has been docked after approximately six weeks of operation. This can be resolved by performing a hard reset. To do this, hold the power button for 15 seconds, then dock the camera to receive the necessary firmware update.
