Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance. (Except the rating label!) Thoroughly clean the bottles, sipper lids and blade assembly with hot water, some washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge.

    INSTRUCTIONS NOTICE:  Do not fill the Cups past the MAX mark.  Do not mash or grind heavy foods (e.g., potatoes, meat) or stir thick mixtures (e.g., dough) in this product.  Do not operate the product empty. Using Your On-The-Go Blender Place the Motor Base on a flat, level, stable surface.

    CLEANING and MAINTENANCE This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user-serviceable parts. Any servicing requiring disassembly other than cleaning must be performed by a qualified appliance repair technician. Before Cleaning  When not in use or before cleaning, always disconnect the appliance from the mains supply.

    RECIPES We have included a handful of recipes to help you get started with the On-The-Go Blender. Once you have mastered these you can experiment with your own recipes for new and exciting meal or snack options! Please NOTE: The recipes found in this Guide are provided as suggestions only, we cannot guarantee that favourable results will be obtained from their use and, therefore, recommend that you conduct appropriate tests under your own operating conditions prior to adoption.
  • Page 12 Raspberry- Lemon Smoothie Makes 1 (500ml) serving Ingredients: 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1½ cups frozen raspberries 1 container (175ml) lemon yogurt Directions: Add raspberries and yogurt, pour milk and vanilla into the bottle. Fasten the blade assembly on the open end. Turn the bottle upside down the place it in the base, lining up the arrows on the blade assembly with the arrows on the base.
  • Page 13 Protein Energy Shake Makes 1 (500ml) serving Ingredients: 1 cup plain soymilk 2 tablespoons honey ¼ cup walnuts ¼ to ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon 1¼ cups vanilla soy yogurt Directions: Add walnuts, cinnamon and yogurt, pour milk and honey into the bottle. Fasten the blade assembly on the open end.
