Service Mode Functional Specification
Service mode entry
A
In the power ON state, press the [ESC] (A8-5F) key and [TEST / RANDOM] (A8-5E) key in order of the Service mode
remote control unit.
• Light the all FL and LEDs.
• OSD displays test mode.
Note:
* When pressing the keys of something, the FL displays "NO DISC" and the LED lighting disappears.
Release the Service mode
• Turn off the power.

• Press the [ESC] (A8-5F) key of the remote control unit.
LD ON
DVD : Press the [TEST] (A8-5E) and [1] (A8-01) keys in order, and turn on the laser diode (650n).
CD
: Press the [TEST] (A8-5E) and [4] (A8-04) keys in order, and turn on the laser diode (780n).
