Problem (General)
Cannot play a disc.
Red cross in the upper
right hand corner of the
screen.
Cannot fi nd a JPEG fi le.
Cannot fi nd an MP3 fi le.
The player gives no
response to any control.
Troubleshooting
– Make sure that the Blu-ray Disc player supports the disc
type.
– Make sure that the Blu-ray Disc player supports the region
code of the DVD or BD.
– Clean the disc.
– The operation is not possible.
– Make sure that the selected folder does not contain more
than 1500 fi les. Only the fi rst 1500 fi les are shown.
– Make sure that the fi le extension is .jpg, .JPG, .jpeg or
.JPEG.
– Make sure that the selected folder does not contain more
than 1500 fi les. Only the fi rst 1500 fi les are shown.
– Make sure that the fi le extension is .mp3 or .MP3
– Press and hold the 2 STANDBY-ON button for 5
seconds to set the player to stand-by.
